Partnerships Manager

Description

Codemonk is building a third growth channel alongside outbound sales and existing-account expansion: partners. We are an AWS Select-tier Services Partner and a Certified member of the Claude Partner Network, and we are working with domain-expert partners who bring us customer problems worth solving. We're hiring the first dedicated owner for this channel: someone who turns partner relationships into qualified pipeline, not just meetings and registrations.

About Codemonk

Codemonk is a product and digital engineering (PDE) services company. We build custom software across three service lines: Enterprise AI (knowledge retrieval, agentic workflows, process automation), Enterprise Application Engineering (portals, platforms, and enterprise integrations), and Computer Vision & Industrial AI (safety monitoring, quality inspection, spatial intelligence). We work with global enterprises and specialised industrial and technology clients across India and Japan, and much of our GenAI delivery runs on Amazon Bedrock with Claude.

About the role

You will own Codemonk's partner ecosystem across three kinds of relationships: platform partners (AWS and Anthropic), origination partners (domain experts and advisors who bring customer problems and networks), and referral or co-delivery partners (other consulting firms). In your first twelve months, you will have turned the AWS and Claude programmes into a steady source of registered opportunities and customer references, activated a set of origination partners to the point where they are producing qualified opportunities, and built a partner pipeline that is tracked and reviewed like any other sales channel. You will work closely with company leadership, who stay involved as executive sponsors on the most strategic partner relationships. You own execution and pipeline, and you will be expected to grow into owning the relationships themselves.

What you'll do

  • Own the day-to-day AWS partnership: register and progress opportunities in Partner Central, work the opportunity-invitations queue, improve opportunity quality, and keep the programme requirements for our tier on track
  • Own the Claude Partner Network programme operations: register engagements, track certifications and tier progress, line up customer stories, and coordinate with Anthropic's partner team
  • Build a regular working cadence with AWS and Anthropic partner contacts, and identify named accounts where co-selling or introductions can help us
  • Recruit, onboard, and activate origination and referral partners, and get each one to a first qualified opportunity, using clear partner agreements and a defined way of working
  • Run the partner pipeline end to end: qualify partner-sourced leads, route them to the right seller or service line, and keep every opportunity tagged and tracked in the CRM
  • Partner with our pre-sales lead on co-sell positioning, joint proposals and partner-facing solution briefs
  • Plan and execute partner marketing, such as co-branded content, webinars and events, including funding requests where programmes allow
  • Report on partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline and revenue, and tell us honestly which partnerships are working and which are not

What we're looking for (Required)

  • 4–6 years of experience in partnerships, alliances, channel or business development within an IT services, software consulting or cloud partner environment
  • A track record of sourcing or influencing pipeline through partners or alliances, with specific deals you can describe and your own part in them
  • Working knowledge of how hyperscaler or technology partner programmes operate (for example co-sell, opportunity registration, partner tiers and funding), ideally AWS
  • Ability to explain technical services in business terms to partners and enterprise stakeholders, and to work closely with pre-sales and delivery teams
  • Comfort with partner commercial structures such as referral fees, revenue share and joint proposals
  • Strong follow-through and CRM discipline, and the initiative to drive things forward without waiting to be asked

Preferred

  • Experience at an AWS partner, or on the AWS side in a partner development or account role
  • Experience selling AI, data or software engineering services
  • AWS Business or Technical Accreditation, or a willingness to earn it quickly
  • Exposure to international partners or clients, particularly Japan

How to apply

Send your resume along with a short note on one partnership you built or grew. Tell us what you personally did to turn it into pipeline or revenue, not just that you managed it.
