Partnerships Manager

As a Partnerships Manager, you will play a critical role in nurturing key partner relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering data-driven solutions that create value for both our partners and customers.

What You'll Do

• Manage and grow relationships with key partners, serving as their primary business contact.
• Identify and execute business development opportunities, including account expansion, upselling, and cross-selling initiatives.
• Co-create and implement campaigns, promotions, and partnership programs that drive measurable business results.
• Leverage customer insights and analytics to develop recommendations, uncover growth opportunities, and influence partner strategies.
• Collaborate closely with Data Science, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure seamless execution of partner initiatives.
• Track partnership performance, revenue growth, and campaign effectiveness to continuously optimize partner value.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2-4 years experience in partnership management, account management, business development, or related client-facing roles.
• Proven success in managing accounts, driving business growth, and building long-term stakeholder relationships.
• Strong commercial mindset with excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
• Data-driven and analytical, with the ability to translate insights into actionable business recommendations.
• Experience in loyalty, rewards, retail, fintech, consumer, or data-driven marketing environments is a plus.
