The Parts Advisor is a branch position assisting the branch’s Operations Manager, working as the “face of the branch” for the Parts & Service Departments. The Parts Advisor will foster brand loyalty by providing accurate and timely technical support and offering equipment service programs to customers. Sales experience a plus, as the Parts Advisor will offer service program upsells as a problem solver when the opportunity exists. Strong phone communication skills are important.

What You’ll Do:
- Serve as the first point of contact for walk-in and phone-in rental customers.
- Build strong relationships with clients while identifying new rental opportunities.
- Prepare quotes, process rental orders, and follow up to close sales.
- Provide exceptional service and technical product recommendations.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure on-time deliveries and pickups.
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM and rental management systems.
- Upsell and cross-sell rental solutions to maximize customer value.
- Participate in training (online and in-person) to stay current with John Deere equipment.
- Support company safety, conduct, and policy standards in every interaction.
