Are you an experienced commercial diesel or heavy-duty truck parts professional looking for a stable, day-shift role? Transport Refrigeration Services is hiring a dependable Parts Clerk to support our fleet service shop in Henderson, NC.

What You’ll Do
- Order parts from approved vendors and create purchase orders
- Receive, stock, label, and organize parts inventory
- Maintain bin locations and accurate inventory levels
- Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory audits
- Supply technicians with parts needed for repairs
- Process parts returns, warranties, and slow-moving inventory
- Operate a forklift to load/unload parts
- Keep the parts department clean, organized, and safe
- Answer phones and assist customers as needed
- Support shop operations and perform additional duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of parts experience (preferred) in any of the following:
- Heavy-duty truck or trailer
- Transport refrigeration
- Fleet or dealership environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong attention to detail and customer-service mindset
- Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
