Parts Coordinator

Manager is looking for a Parts Coordinator in Milan, IL.

• This person will be strictly doing data entry dealing with the export process – very manual.

• Attention to detail is imperative – every mistake is caught and, with a mistake, there are fines that the client would incur.

• This individual will be trained on others’ roles and will be expected to provide coverage when needed, so ability to work in a team environment is important.

• Using DNS (very basic and client specific program) to enter data. Excel experience is required – intermediate user preferred.

• High school diploma/equivalent is required with 2+ years of experience. Schedule will be 9:30am-6pm with potential, limited OT.
