The Day to Day
- Assist customers at the parts counter, over the phone, and as needed throughout the dealership.
- Identify parts and accessories based on customer and technician needs.
- Look up parts using catalogs, diagrams, and computerized inventory systems.
- Process parts sales and maintain accurate records.
- Monitor inventory levels and help maintain inventory accuracy.
- Receive, organize, and properly store incoming parts.
- Communicate with technicians, service advisors, customers, and vendors to ensure parts needs are met.
- Keep the parts counter and department clean, organized, and efficient.
- Work independently while also supporting the team during busy periods.
