The Parts Representative will have a hand in all aspects of the parts department including marketing and selling parts to successfully achieve financial targets. The position requires a friendly disposition with the ability to interact with a broad base of customers.

Qualifications

  • Diesel Agriculture/Construction equipment mechanical knowledge preferred.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Professional appearance and work ethic.
  • Computer skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Interact and sell parts to walk-in and call-in customers.
  • Shipping and Receiving parts orders.
  • Stocking shelves.
  • Lift items weighing up to 75lbs.
  • Take ownership of merchandising and maintaining the show-room area.
  • Other responsibilities based on experience.
  • Operate forklift (will train).
  • Assist in Parts inventory.
  • Maintain and develop product knowledge.
