Central Texas Harley-Davidson, is seeking outgoing, friendly individuals to join our Parts Counter Team! If you have the confidence to sell, love the idea of making unlimited commission selling stuff you love, are a customer service rockstar, and live to ride, this opportunity may be perfect for you!

Responsibilities

• Work with customers and technicians to identify required parts.
• Sell cool stuff (a.k.a. parts) to go on cool bikes! (a portion of your income is commission on your sales)
• Look up records and enter customer information.
• Process catalog requests.
• Answer calls and provide exceptional customer service over the phone
• Receive and account for all incoming parts.
• Provide cost of parts for customers
• Make sure all displays are organized.
• Update customers on all orders and ensure they are satisfied
• Other duties as assigned
