Parts Counterperson - Hazleton Hyundai

Are you passionate about cars and skilled in providing exceptional customer service? We’re looking for a Parts Counterperson to join our team! In this role, you'll assist both customers and technicians in locating and purchasing the correct parts needed for repairs and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and service technicians in a professional and friendly manner
• Identify and locate the correct parts using catalogs and computer systems
• Provide pricing, availability, and product information
• Process orders, returns, and warranty claims accurately
• Maintain stock levels and participate in inventory control
• Assist with receiving and organizing incoming parts shipments
• Communicate effectively with the service and sales departments to ensure timely delivery of parts
• Other duties as assigned by management.
