RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee the parts sales process from estimators and production manager inquiries to finding the part to invoicing the customers.
- Complete order part request for any parts that need to be ordered for the repairs.
- Communicate with estimators, technicians and managers on the status of any parts ordered and notify them upon delivery to the dealership.
- Check in all parts as orders arrive.
- Pick parts when jobs come in and verify counts with technicians.
- Return all unused parts.
- Communicate with staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ability to lift and carry at least 50 pounds
- Ability to work effectively in a variety of temperature conditions, including hot and cold environments
- The ability to build rapport with vendors
- Experience with auto parts sales required
- People focused and providing great customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment, with workplace flexibility.
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Professional appearance and strong work ethic
- Proficient with computer skills is preferred
