Parts Driver

Position Summary

Courtesy Tucson is seeking a dependable and customer-focused Parts Driver to transport automotive parts and accessories between the dealership, customers, body shops, repair facilities, and vendors. The Parts Driver plays a vital role in supporting parts sales and service operations through timely, accurate, and professional deliveries.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Deliver and pick up automotive parts, equipment, and supplies as scheduled.
• Verify parts and invoices before loading and delivery.
• Obtain signatures and required documentation for delivered parts.
• Maintain delivery schedules and routes to ensure timely service.
• Assist with stocking, organizing, and pulling parts within the parts department.
• Inspect vehicle daily and report maintenance or safety concerns.
• Load and unload parts safely and efficiently.
• Communicate with customers, vendors, and dealership personnel in a professional manner.
• Keep delivery vehicles clean and fueled.
• Assist with shipping and receiving duties as needed.
• Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
  
  

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record required.
• Previous delivery, warehouse, or dealership experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of automotive parts is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  
  

Physical Requirements

• Frequently stand, walk, bend, reach, and climb in and out of vehicles.
• Regularly lift, carry, push, and pull parts weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to operate a vehicle for extended periods throughout the workday.
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
