The company is a professional car wrecker that specialises in sourcing quality spare parts for vehicles. Their expert team sources and reconditions all types of car parts, so that their customers can purchase quality items for a significantly reduced price compared to brand-new parts. They also supply a variety of new parts, should customers require them, with competitive prices guaranteed. The company is based in Midvale and they are seeking a full-time Parts interpreter to join their growing team.
The Position…
The position involves maximising possibilities within the spare parts department by establishing strong relationships with both internal and external team members. You'll need to make sure that all sales, backorders, forward orders, stock transfers and general product distribution are completed in a timely and efficient manner, updating customers with expected product distribution and estimated time of delivery. Some of the other daily task requirements include: invoicing, receipting sales, ensuring credits and order fulfillment.

successful candidate must be extremely reliable and available to work Monday –
Friday (8am – 5pm) and alternative Saturdays (8am – 12 noon).
The Ideal Candidates…
The ideal candidate will have the following:

- Be knowledgeable in late model vehicles
- Ability to work in a busy and pressure environment, with busy
phones and frequent walk-in customers
- Knowledge of Pinnacle is desirable but not essential (training will
be provided to the right person)
- Good basic computer skills
- Great phone manner and ability to communicate effectively with
clients as well as the work team
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
