Compensation
- $65,000 – $95,000+ salary + performance incentives
What You'll Do
- Oversee all aspects of dealership parts operations
- Manage inventory levels to maximize profitability and minimize obsolescence
- Maintain proper stocking levels to support service and retail sales
- Lead, coach, and develop Parts Department team members
- Establish and maintain strong vendor and manufacturer relationships
- Ensure compliance with Honda standards and dealership policies
- Monitor department financial performance, including gross profit, expenses, and inventory turns
- Collaborate with Service and Sales Departments to ensure operational efficiency
- Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
