Anderson Powersports in Reno, NV is looking for an experienced, motivated Powersports Parts Manager to lead our parts team, deliver outstanding customer service, and drive department sales and profitability.

If you’re organized, detail-oriented, knowledgeable about powersports products, and ready to take ownership of a department’s performance, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do

• Manage the daily operations of the parts and accessories department.
• Lead, train, and motivate parts department employees.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure timely ordering, receiving, and stocking of parts.
• Maximize parts and accessories sales while maintaining strong gross profit margins.
• Monitor inventory turnover, aging inventory, and obsolete parts.
• Support the service department by ensuring technicians have the parts they need to keep work moving.
• Assist retail customers with parts, accessories, apparel, and product recommendations.
• Build strong relationships with customers, vendors, and manufacturer representatives.
• Manage special orders, backorders, returns, and warranty-related parts processes.
• Monitor department performance, meet sales goals, and identify opportunities for growth.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional parts department.
• Work closely with sales, service, and dealership management to ensure an excellent customer experience.
