Job Summary: The Parts Manager is responsible for leading the Parts department by driving performance, developing people, and ensuring consistent execution of processes designed to build a high-performance, accountable team.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Leads, coaches and develops all Parts department personnel by setting and enforcing expectations for performance and behavior, addressing performance issues through coaching and building a strong, and results driven culture.
- Provides operational oversight by maintaining an active presence at the counter and in the department, identifying and correcting inefficiencies in real time, helping create and maintain smooth workflow between parts and service and outside customers and vendors.
- Owns responsibility for department KPIs such as Parts gross, fill rate, first time accuracy, and back order management by tracking and continuously improving processes.
- Creates a high-level customer experience by maintaining appropriate staffing, developing people through regular performance reviews and coaching, ensuring high level customer service standards are met, addressing customer concerns when escalated, and supporting staff in delivering a professional experience.
- Meets or exceeds performance expectations achieving departmental KPI targets, maintaining a highly performing and accountable team, driving continuous improvement in operations and results, and maintaining strong employee retention and ongoing development.
- Other duties as assigned by the Fixed Operations Director or General Manager.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proficient at analyzing performance metrics and financial data
- Strong organizational and leadership systems
- Proficient in Tekion and reporting tools, or the ability to learn
- Ability to lead and develop a team, solve problems, communicate with a diverse group of people, effectively manage time and competing priorities
- Strong work ethic, with a team-first mindset and willingness to take ownership of results\
