Parts Operations Specialist - Planning

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Parts Operations Specialist - Planning for a technology-driven Automotive brand. Ideal candidate has a proven track record within Automotive industry.

• Responsible for spare parts planning: analysis the market requirements to purchase spare parts from HQ via system.
  
• Responsible for management the inventory stock data ensure accurate.
  
• Monitor the logistic process ensure the spare parts arrival in time.
  
• Responsible for review the 3PL time and cost to improve process.
  
• Responsible for the development and execution of the inventory management strategies, including forecasting and replenishment of spare parts to meet customer demand while minimizing carrying costs.
  
• Deal with HQ side to solve the spare parts claim issues.
  
• Set up spare parts internal working processes.
  

Requirements

• The volume automotive OEM spare parts planning experience
  
• Be familiar with the automotive structure, especially spare parts
  
• Supply chain experience and ability to analyse complex numerical and financial data.
  
• SAP system operation experience
