Parts Sales Representative - Counter

Summary:
The Parts Sales Representative – Counter role at CSM Kenworth in Richfield provides customers with outstanding customer service. This includes, but is not limited to, identifying replacement and warranty parts, tracking and shipping parts.

Responsibilities:

• Sells heavy duty and/or light duty truck parts
• Provide incredible customer service by utilizing in-depth knowledge of truck parts, programs, and policies.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of all products and services sold by the company
• Conquest and grow new accounts

Duties:

• Maintains liaison with important customers
• Promotes the sale of parts and accessories and is an adviser to wholesale or retail customers
• Successfully completes product and sales training courses as assigned
• Develops and maintains full working knowledge of all company systems, procedures, and policies
• Maintains parts-related correspondence
• Keeps up to date on new products
