We're seeking a customer-focused professional who enjoys technical problem-solving, estimating, and building strong customer relationships. In this role, you'll prepare quotes and estimates, support aftermarket parts sales, process orders, and serve as a trusted resource for customers throughout the sales cycle.
What You'll Do
- Prepare estimates, quotes, and proposals for parts and aftermarket projects.
- Review drawings, specifications, and customer requirements.
- Support customers with technical questions, pricing, and order status.
- Coordinate with engineering, purchasing, production, and vendors to ensure successful order execution.
- Follow up on opportunities and help drive aftermarket sales growth
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of estimating experience in manufacturing, industrial machinery, or fabrication.
- Strong knowledge of welding and fabrication processes.
- Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills.
- ERP, AutoCAD, and manufacturing experience are a plus.
