Pay & Benefits
- Salary: Up to £35,000 OTE (Competitive Basic Salary + Performance Bonus)
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (1-hour unpaid lunch break) — NO WEEKENDS!

Role Overview
Seeking an experienced Automotive Parts Supervisor / Senior Parts Advisor to join our busy main dealer team in Crawley. In this pivotal role, you will lead daily parts counter operations, assist both retail and trade customers, support our busy service department, and maintain precise stock control to drive departmental performance.
Requirements
- Experience: Proven track record as a Parts Advisor or Parts Supervisor within a main dealership or busy automotive parts environment.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of automotive vehicle parts, electronic parts catalogues (EPC), inventory control, and order processing systems.
- Attributes: High attention to detail, strong multi-tasking skills, a positive "can-do" attitude, and a professional customer-first mindset.
- Licence: Full UK Driving Licence.
