Parts Warehouse Supervisor - Nalley Lexus Galleria

The Parts Warehouse Team Leader ensures an extraordinary client experience while creating client advocates. Directs & supervises warehouse activities for the dealerships.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Communicates with Parts Manager/Assistant Parts Manager to ensure coordination of warehouse activities with other functions such as production, sales, records control, and purchasing
Establishes operational procedures for activities such as verification of incoming and outgoing shipments, handling and disposition of materials, and keeping warehouse inventory current
Inspects physical condition of warehouse and equipment and takes corrective action as needed Processes salvage of warranty, damaged or used material as directed
Reports freight claims
Designs and maintains warehouse equipment layout Performs Warehouse Specialist duties as needed.
Ensures the organization and cleanliness of the warehouse area
Knows and understands the Client Concern Resolution (CCR) process, and use the program to achieve client satisfaction.
Knows and understands the Park Place Privacy and Information Security Policies, and adhere to the requirements.
Attends weekly department meetings
Other duties may be assigned

Education and/or Experience

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS (Including Driver's License) Operator's Driver's License (Must be insurable)
