Pascal - Founding Engineer

Pascal: AI-native systems for the offline economy, starting with CPG (NYC, founded 2026, $5M; founders ex-Blackstone and ex-Glean).

Comp: $150K-$250K + 0.5-2% equity; $10K relocation. Location: On-site 5 days NYC. Visa: Not open to visas (US citizen / GC).

Responsibilities

• Build harness/eval platforms for fast outcome feedback loops

• Build data infra (single & multi-tenant) at TB scale

• Own production agents for marquee CPG customers

• Design a context layer capturing how companies operate

• Set culture and operating bar

Tech: Python, TypeScript, Next.js, GCP, Terraform
