Main responsibilities:

• Operator must be able to perform all job functions in a safe & productive manner.
• This person is responsible for adhering to all safety, quality, & sanitation standards.
• Must be able to use basic math & accurately complete control paperwork clearly & in a detailed manner.
• Specific job duties include but are not limited to: mix planning, mix making, raw ingredient receiving, QA testing, and other support functions (CIP, COP, HTST operation).
• Additional job duties will include operating freezers, pumps, fruit feeders, check-weighers, metal detectors, forklift, pallet jack, to SOP’s & to achieve performance targets.
• Employees may also be asked to participate on problem solving teams.
• Must be able to work in a team & willing to perform various functions out of regular scope or as assigned by a supervisor.

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

We are looking for candidates who possess the following:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a food production or manufacturing environment preferred.
• Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Ability to follow recipes, measurements, and instructions accurately.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift/move heavy objects.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced production environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Willingness to follow safety protocols and adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends or overtime as needed.
