Pastor (Mandarin Speaking)
Job Description/Key Responsibilities
- Preach and teach the Word of God in Mandarin.
- Provide pastoral care, counselling, visitation and spiritual guidance to church members.
- Lead and disciple the Mandarin congregation through regular worship services, Bible studies, prayer meetings and other church ministries.
- Equip and mentor ministry leaders and volunteers.
- Support evangelism, outreach and discipleship initiatives.
- Work closely with the church leadership to plan and implement the church's vision and ministry objectives.
- Participate in church meetings and administrative responsibilities as required.
Requirements
- Degree in Theology from a recognised theological institution.
- Able to preach and minister effectively in Mandarin (spoken and written).
- Relevant pastoral or ministry experience is preferred but not essential.
- Passion for shepherding God's people and reaching the community with the Gospel.
- Good interpersonal, communication and teamwork skills.
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays as required by church ministry.

- Good sense of identification, commitment, tact, diplomacy & discretion.
- Sound knowledge and understanding of pastoral and social issues.
