Pastry chef

Key responsibilities:

• Prepare daily orders to a consistently high standard
• Lead the production of seasonal creations
• Develop new products and ensure consistent output quantities for orders
• Develop existing product lines
• Collaborate closely with the team on limited-edition releases

Requirements:

• Prior experience in pastry/bakery production
• Good command of English and able to communicate fluently with the team
• Able to take initiative and contribute to product development
• Good stock and inventory management skills
• Able to work rotating shifts, including occasional early mornings or night coverage
