Job Title: Associate/Senior Associate (Drafting)
Work Mode: Work from Office
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Draft high-quality patent applications for US and EP jurisdictions with minimal supervision.
· Prepare comprehensive and technically accurate patent specifications in compliance with relevant patent laws and practices.
· Conduct thorough reviews and ensure the clarity, accuracy, and completeness of drafted patent documents.
· Collaborate with inventors and technical teams to understand and articulate innovations effectively.
· Stay updated with the latest developments in patent law and relevant technologies.
· Understanding Technical disclosures across technical domains.
· Conducting technical research and establishing a comprehensive understanding of a range of subject areas.
· Drafting patent applications related to state-of-the-art inventions.
Requirements
· The candidate must have good patent drafting ability, US or EP applications.
· Should have at least 1-2 years of patent Drafting experience.
· Primarily, the candidate should be able to draft patent applications independently, i.e., the candidate should be well versed with patent specification
drafting.
· Should have decision-making and analytical skills
