Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and timely pathology reports to physicians and clinical teams.

• Maintain compliance with all regulatory and quality standards applicable in a private healthcare setting.
• Participate in continuing education and professional development activities.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of laboratory procedures and protocols.

Requirements

• Medical degree with specialization and board certification in pathology.
• Minimum of 3 years experience working as a pathologist in the private healthcare sector is preferred.
• Demonstrated expertise with laboratory techniques and diagnostic tools common in pathology.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and quality management applicable to private laboratories.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with medical teams and patients.
• Ability to manage workload efficiently in a fast-paced private sector environment.
• Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with advances in the field of pathology.
