Patient Access Coordinator

• Location: Tulsa, OK

• Facility: Ascension St John

• Department: Cardiac Stepdown

• Schedule: Part time, evening, 6p - midnight, four evenings a week.

• Coordinates patient access activities, such as registration, billing, and scheduling.
• Assists management in establishing and implementing goals.
• Serves as a liaison between clinical and administrative areas to ensures sound working relationships and cooperative arrangements.
• Assists in monitoring budgets, staffing levels, quality measures, and/or regulatory compliance.

Education

• High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. *Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.

Additional Preferences

• CNA experience
• Hospital experience
• BLS certified or obtained within 30 days of hire preferred
• Great communication skills
