- Schedule: Full time| .9 | Flexible with hours | Monday 8:00am- 12:00pm and Tuesday and Friday 8:00 4:30pm
Welcome & Intake: Gather and verify essential demographic, clinical, and insurance details to ensure smooth onboarding and accurate records in our patient database.
Smart Scheduling: Seamlessly coordinate and communicate appointment times to maximize clinical efficiency while respecting each patient's personal schedule.
Insurance Navigation: Partner with insurance providers to manage pre-certifications and prior authorizations, ensuring care proceeds without unnecessary financial delays.
Patient Guidance & Counseling: Serves as a trusted guide, walking patients and their families through pre-procedure instructions, expectations, and necessary preparations.
Proactive Problem Solving: Serve as the primary advocate for resolving scheduling or logistical questions regarding procedure dates, locations, or clinical orders.
