- Coordinate patient scheduling for prescribed procedures, ensuring accuracy and efficient use of time and clinical resources.
- Perform front-desk and registration duties, including collecting and entering demographic, insurance, and clinical information into appropriate systems.
- Resolve scheduling and procedural issues by identifying appropriate resources and maintaining clear communication with patients, participants, and staff.
- Support pre-service processes by coordinating insurance authorizations and providing patients with clear instructions and guidance.
Education:
- High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
- Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
