Department: Rev Cycle - Patient Admissions
Schedule: Nights | Part-time
Gather essential demographic, insurance and clinical details to ensure seamless patient onboarding and database accuracy.
Resolve scheduling and procedure inquiries proactively by connecting with clinical resources to prevent care delays.
Coordinate procedure schedules to optimize clinical resources and minimize wait times for patients.
Facilitate insurance pre-certification and authorization processes to support timely access to care.
Counsel patients and their representatives on pre-service requirements and instructions to prepare them for upcoming procedures.

Education
