Support patient recovery and daily comfort by assisting with physician-ordered treatments under the direct guidance of a Registered Nurse.
Empower patients throughout their care journey by providing compassionate, hands-on assistance with personal care and daily living activities.
Protect patient health and safety by promptly reporting physical, mental and emotional changes directly to the nursing team.
Create a restful, safe environment that promotes healing by maintaining clean, well-organized patient rooms.
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
- BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
- Certified Nursing Assistant credentialed from the state of Wisconsin, and in Wisconsin Nurse Aide Registry with eligibility to work within a hospital setting obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Work Experience:
- Previous CNA experience in a hospital setting preferred.
