About the role
At Eurofirms, we are collaborating with a reputable dental center in Zaragoza in the search for a Patient Care Coordinator, whose main mission is to ensure the transmission of quality and excellence to the patient.
What you'll do
- Patient management:
- First visits, emergencies, check-ups, periodontal re-evaluations, treatment extensions/modifications.
- Communication of information to the corresponding Doctor.
- Creation and presentation of budgets.
- Management of patient expectations.
- Communication of payment facilities.
- Ensuring the validation of diagnosis and planning.
- Organization of appointments.
- Documentation of files.
- Patient follow-up: accepted and not accepted.
- Management with finance companies.
- Among other tasks inherent to the job position.
Education & certifications
- Degree in Nursing Assistant / Dental Hygienist or related to the Healthcare Field.
Languages
- Spanish - Native.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar patient coordination position.
- We are looking for a person with a high capacity for empathy, communication skills, and problem-solving abilities.
- Residence near the workplace is valued.
