Schedule
- Monday: 9:15 AM – 7:00 PM (1.5-hour lunch)
- Tuesday: 8:45 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
- Wednesday: 7:15 AM – 5:00 PM (1.5-hour lunch)
- Thursday: 7:15 AM – 3:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
- Friday: 7:15 AM – 2:00 PM (30-minute lunch, optional)

- Answer phones and manage appointment scheduling to maintain a productive schedule
- Verify patient information and maintain accurate records
- Perform insurance verification and provide basic benefit breakdowns to patients
- Collect co-pays, balances, and process patient payments
- Coordinate patient flow and support the clinical team as needed
- Follow up with patients regarding appointments and treatment
- Maintain an organized and efficient front office environment
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a dental or healthcare front office role required
- Experience with Dentrix, dental insurance verification and patient scheduling preferred
- Customer service experience is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a team environment
- Positive attitude and strong customer service mindset
