At Ashmore Orthodontics, we believe in taking great care of our patients AND each other. We're looking for a friendly, confident, detail-loving team member who can create a welcoming patient experience while helping families navigate the financial side of orthodontic treatment.

• Confidence discussing insurance benefits, payment options, and financial agreements
• Attention to detail when reviewing information and processing payments

What You'll Do

• Welcome patients and families and help them feel at home
• Verify insurance benefits and help patients understand their coverage
• Discuss payment options and review financial agreements
• Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
• Keep things organized while delivering an exceptional patient experience
• Provide support to both Patient Care Coordinator and Administrative Lead in tasks and daily operations to ensure a smooth workflow
• Communicate with patients by phone, text, email and in person

• Comfortable interacting with children, teens, parents, and adults
• Positive attitude and a willingness to learn
• Previous dental or medical front office experience preferred
