Idaho Kids Dentistry is seeking an experienced Patient Care Coordinator to join our busy pediatric dental office in Meridian. We are looking for a friendly, organized professional who enjoys working with children and families and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Bilingual English/Spanish candidates are strongly preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in patients and families
• Schedule appointments and manage patient communications
• Verify dental insurance and obtain benefits information
• Collect payments and maintain accurate records
• Support a positive patient experience from start to finish

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of dental front office experience required
• Insurance verification experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
