Saxira Aesthetics & Wellness is seeking a results-driven Patient Care Coordinator or Treatment & Product Specialist with a passion for skin health, wellness, and client education. This role combines clinical consultation, customized treatment planning, and curated product recommendations to deliver a deeply personalized experience for every guest.

Your Role

As our Treatment & Product Specialist, you’ll serve as a trusted guide and advisor, helping clients navigate their aesthetic and wellness journeys. Through in-depth consultations and product expertise, you’ll build customized programs that foster long-term transformation and loyalty—while also supporting our start-up environment by acting as receptionist and first point of contact when needed.

Your Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed skin and wellness consultations using diagnostic tools
• Design and recommend personalized treatment plans and home care regimens
• Confidently present pricing, membership benefits, and secure client commitments
• Guide clients through treatment pathways, track progress, and ensure satisfaction
• Act as receptionist when consultations are not scheduled—managing phones, scheduling, check-in/out, and front desk flow
• Maintain accurate client documentation and EMR entries
• Support retail performance through product education, curation, and merchandising
• Collaborate closely with the clinical team to ensure optimal outcomes
• Participate in training, team meetings, and spa events
• Assist in building workflows and processes as part of our growing start-up
• Uphold all compliance, sanitation, HIPAA, and safety regulations

What Saxira Aesthetics & Wellness Is Looking For

• Licensed Esthetician or professional background in skin/wellness consulting
• Deep knowledge of medical aesthetics treatments and skincare products
• Strong sales and consultation skills with a heart-centered approach
• Highly organized with a passion for education and client transformation
• Familiarity with EMR software, retail systems, and performance tracking
• Professional presence, excellent communication, and follow-through
• A collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset and love for lifelong learning
