Patient Care Tech (PCT) Medical Surgical

Work location\: Texas Health Frisco, 12400 N Dallas Parkway, Frisco, TX 75033
Work hours\: Full Time Days (7\:00am – 7\:00pm)
Variable three 12-hour day shifts per week for 36 hours/week; rotating weekends and holiday requirements.
Six weekend shifts are required for a 6-week schedule period.
Medical Surgical Department highlights\:
30 Beds Medical Surgical/Telemetry Unit
PCT ratio 1\:10 or 1\:15
Robust Unit Based Council (UBC) and engaged leadership team
The professional PCT exhibits understanding of basic human needs
Self-scheduling that helps with work/life balance as well as opportunities for educational and career growth
Will float as needed between Medical Surgical and Surgical Inpatient units
