Work hours\: PRN/As needed\: Day shifts (7\:00am – 7\:00pm)
Variable 12-hour day shifts with weekend and holiday requirements
Orientation/Training\: Must be able to attend orientation/training Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm during the first week of hire
Medical Surgical Department highlights\:
30 Beds Medical Surgical/Telemetry Unit
PCT ratio 1\:10 or 1\:15
Robust Unit Based Council (UBC) and engaged leadership team
The professional PCT exhibits understanding of basic human needs
Self-scheduling that helps with work/life balance as well as opportunities for educational and career growth
Will float as needed between Medical Surgical and Surgical Inpatient units
