Overview
The shifts for this position is 7 am - 7 pm, as needed.
Responsibilities
The Patient Care Tech, under the supervision of licensed clinical staff, provides care to patients from birth through the lifecycle, demonstrating competency with treatments, procedures and equipment appropriate to the clinical setting and hospital policy.Qualifications
Education
- H.S. Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) Required
Work Experience
- 1 yr of patient care in a facility or hospital setting experience required
Licenses and Certifications
- BCLS - Basic Life Support Upon Hire Required
- CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant Preferred
- Certification from a Patient Care Technician program Preferred
