Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and provide an exceptional first impression• Coordinate and present treatment plans in a clear, patient-friendly manner• Discuss financial options and help patients understand insurance benefits• Schedule appointments and support efficient provider scheduling• Follow up with patients regarding unscheduled treatment and outstanding care needs• Answer phones, respond to patient inquiries, and assist with administrative tasks• Work collaboratively with doctors and team members to ensure a seamless patient experience• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

Qualifications

• Previous dental, healthcare, customer service, or sales experience preferred• Strong communication and relationship-building skills• Comfortable discussing treatment recommendations and financial arrangements• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment• Positive attitude and team-focused mindset• Passion for helping patients improve their oral health
