We are seeking a friendly, organized, and patient-focused Patient Coordinator to join our Philadelphia office. This role is essential to creating a positive patient experience and supporting smooth front-office operations. The ideal candidate has strong dental administrative experience, is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and understands PPO dental plans.

- Greet and assist patients with professionalism and warmth
- Schedule appointments and manage provider calendars
- Verify insurance eligibility and explain PPO dental benefits to patients
- Collect co-pays and process payments
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Communicate effectively with clinical staff to support daily workflow
- Handle patient questions regarding treatment plans, insurance, and billing
- Support general front-office administrative duties as needed
Qualifications
- Previous dental front office or patient coordinator experience required
- Dentrix experience strongly preferred
- Working knowledge of PPO dental insurance plans
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
- Reliable, team-oriented, and patient-centered mindset
