Patient Navigator

The Patient Navigator is responsible for assisting Commcare clients with prior authorizations and locating copayment assistance to improve patient outcomes and increase adherence and compliance.

The Navigator responds to client inquiries and advocates on their behalf to ensure prescription approvals and payments are received in a timely manner. Minimum Requirements: High school graduate or GED. 1+ years of experience. Experience with insurance billing and medical coding.
