🕒 Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm
💰 Salary: Up to S$4,300

Job Responsibilities

Execute participant recruitment activities for clinical research studies based on study-specific recruitment plans.
Contact and engage potential volunteers, provide study overviews, and answer general enquiries.
Schedule and coordinate screening appointments for eligible participants.
Support the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and outreach initiatives.
Assist in recruitment events, publicity campaigns, and external engagement activities to enhance participant enrollment.
Maintain and update volunteer recruitment databases and ensure accurate records.
Prepare recruitment-related documents, reports, and metrics in compliance with study protocols and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support participant scheduling and recruitment operations.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance recruitment efficiency.
Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and excellent customer service when interacting with clinical trial participants and the public.

Minimum Diploma in any discipline.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer service, telemarketing, call centre, recruitment, or healthcare-related experience will be an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
