Patient Service Associate - 3 Month Contract | Near Novena MRT
Job Summary/Benefits:
- Temporary Contract, 3-month (extension subject to vacancy and business needs)

Job Responsibilities:
- Attend to patients' enquiries, provide directions and assist with clarifications
- Perform proper patient check-in accurately and discharge them timely based on orders
- Assist with appointment call reminders
- Assist with scheduling of appointments
- Manage patient's bill – Medisave / PMI verification
- Ensure that all patients' documents are scanned in and filed away securely
- Ensure general housekeeping cleanliness of counters and workstations are maintained
- Ensure safe handling of patients' privacy and data confidentiality
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- 1 Year related experience as a patient service associate
- Vaccination requirements: Tdap (10-year validity), Varicella/Chicken pox (2 doses), MMR (2 doses)
