Key Responsibilities
- Register and attend to patients professionally and courteously.
- Schedule and coordinate patient appointments.
- Handle enquiries via phone and provide accurate information.
- Perform data entry and maintain patient records within the system.
- Provide administrative support to doctors, nurses, and the clinic team.
- Assist with basic patient care duties when required.
- Carry out other administrative and operational duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum GCE N/O Levels, GCE A Levels, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
- Keen interest in the healthcare or medical industry.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Training will be provided for successful candidates.
