Key Responsibilities
- Assist with patient registration, admissions and discharge procedures
- Handle patient enquiries and provide general assistance
- Manage appointments, payments and administrative documentation
- Verify and update patient information accurately
- Support smooth patient flow and coordinate with relevant departments
- Assist with general administrative and operational duties within the department
- Provide professional and courteous service to patients and their families
Job Details
- 3 rotating shifts
- 6 days per week
- Multiple vacancies available
Requirements
- Minimum GCE N/O Level or equivalent
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced hospital environment
- Willing to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays
- Responsible, service-oriented and able to work well in a team
