Salary:
- N / O / A Level / NITEC: $10.50/hour
- Diploma: $13/hour
Working Hours:
- Monday – Friday: 8:00am – 5:00pm
- Saturday: 8:00am – 12:00pm
- Certain days may commence at 7:30am with corresponding earlier end time
- 44 hours per week
Job Scope:
- Schedule patient appointments
- Conduct appointment reminder and follow-up calls
- Provide pre-appointment instructions
- Coordinate referrals to specialist clinics
- Perform data collation and administrative duties
- Support programme operations and documentation
Requirements:
- N / O / A Level, NITEC or Diploma in any discipline
- Comfortable handling backend administrative duties and telephone follow-ups
- Able to commit until 31 March 2027
