As a Patient Service Associate (Various Settings), you will be responsible for the following duties:
Welcome and assist patients, manage registration processes, schedule appointments, and maintain accurate patient records.
Process billing transactions, payments, and insurance claims, and provide support for billing-related enquiries and financial advice.
Support healthcare professionals during patient consultations, examinations, and clinical procedures
Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies, and ensure proper management of clinic materials and medications.
Address patient enquiries and concerns promptly in a courteous and professional manner.
Requirements:
Min. GCE 'O' Level qualification or above.
