Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and register patients accurately and efficiently
• Coordinate appointments and manage patient scheduling
• Guide patients through self-service registration processes
• Handle frontline enquiries with professionalism and empathy
• Manage incoming calls and assist with appointment-related requests
• Perform basic cashiering and administrative duties
• Support the smooth daily operations of the department and assist with other assigned responsibilities

Requirements

• Minimum GCE N Levels, O Levels, A Levels, or Diploma in any discipline
• Strong interest in healthcare and delivering quality patient service
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work in a 3 rotating shift schedule
• Able to commence work within short notice
• Training will be provided; prior relevant experience is not essential
