Patient Services Advisor

Summary

Answer patient calls, book/cancel appointments, and provide front-desk support for a UK dental network using Microsoft Office.

You’ll be joining our Patient Services team within our office called Support Centre, which is in Greater Manchester (M26 1GG).

  • The role is permanent and part time, we have three roles available, please see bottom of role for working pattern options:

  • Supportive and experienced team

  • You will benefit from free onsite parking and Kearsley train station is just a short walk away

  • With an onsite mini market shop and casual seating space inside and outside (for the sunnier days)

Your future, your role

As a Patient Services Advisor, you'll be:

  • The first line of contact for practices and answering calls received by patients within the designated KPI’s

  • Ensuring that all appointments are booked/amended/cancelled accurately and efficiently in line with company procedures

  • Building effective and successful working relationships with the practice teams to ensure that practice and patient problems are resolved quickly

  • Providing assistance and advice to patients within the designated scope of training provided

  • Providing help, support and excellent customer service to patients

You will:

  • Have great customer service experience

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Time management skills

  • Be a confident IT user with experience working with Microsoft Office

  • Be hard-working with a professional and proactive attitude.

Working pattern options:

Position 1 – 16 Hours

Monday 8am – 12pm

Tuesday 8am – 12pm

Wednesday – Day Off

Thursday – 1pm – 5pm

Friday – 1pm – 5pm

Position 2 – 18 Hours

Monday – Day Off

Tuesday – 8am – 1pm

Wednesday – 8am – 12pm

Thursday 1pm – 5pm

Friday 8am – 1pm

Position 3 – 18 Hours

Monday – 1pm – 5pm

Tuesday 1pm – 5pm

Wednesday 12pm – 5pm

Thursday - Day Off

Friday 12pm – 5pm
